We look for candidates who match the agreed profile and requirements of the client.

We look for candidates using indirect methods, using adverts placed on the web portals, as well as in the local and national press.

We look for candidates using direct search on certain areas and environments.

We check and analyze the competence and candidate’s personality traits desirable for the position.

At client’s request, we prepare detained and summary written reports on the proposed candidates.

We check the candidates’ references.

Throughout the recruitment process we are in close contact with candidates and with our clients. This rigorous focus on consistent and efficient communication with all parties is a critical element of our successful recruiting programs. The goals: exceed client expectations; recommend the very best candidates; and, ensure all qualified candidates understand their potential new employers’ expectations and their role in the new company.

We arrange meetings and present candidates to the client.

At the client’s request, we sign a letter of intent on his behalf.

We are providing detailed information on the remuneration with the comparison to the market standard.

COMITTMENT
Our fee is calculated after the recommended candidate has been hired by the client . The amount of remuneration depends on the types of the position, method searches and is specified in the contact.

GUARANTEE
If recommended by “Prof-Jam” candidate terminates the contract for the employment in the period covered by the guarantee or will be relieved of duty, for reason attributable to them, we commit ourselves to repeat the recruitment project without additional commitment on the part of the client.
