Our fee is calculated after the recommended candidate has been hired by the client . The amount of remuneration depends on the types of the position, method searches and is specified in the contact.
If recommended by “Prof-Jam” candidate terminates the contract for the employment in the period covered by the guarantee or will be relieved of duty, for reason attributable to them, we commit ourselves to repeat the recruitment project without additional commitment on the part of the client.
