Agnieszka Świątek – Krupa – MS Swiatek-Krupa is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and Triton College in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She received her MBA at the School of Business and Management L. Koźmiński and the University of Bradford, UK. She gained her managerial and coaching experience at PepsiCo International, leading the introduction of the Pizza Hut and KFC brands to the Central European markets. She created the Human Resources Department at Eurest Poland (belonging to the Compass Group). While at Eurest Poland, she was awarded the title of the Best HR Manager in Europe. She served as acting HR Director and member of the Management Board of IMCG, and was responsible for managing human resources in eight companies belonging to the IMCG group, with locations in Poland, Russia and Ukraine. She also worked for AGI Shorewood(printing and packaging), and assisted with the merger of AGI and Mead Packaging on behalf of the private equity firm Atlas Holdings, LLC.

Aleksander Kałuża – Mr. Kaluza is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice, and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. He is a Psychologist, administration with experience in public administration and business entities. Mr. Kaluza has served on the Board of “Prof- Jam” since 2011, and consulted on numerous recruitment projects for a diverse group of clients.

Tomasz Krupa – Mr. Krupa graduated from the Polish National Film, Television and Theater School in Łódź at the Acting Department. Mr. Krupa’s resume includes successful client engagements as personal trainer, and is a recognized expert in the fields of self-presentation and public speaking.

Małgorzata Kałuża – MS Kaluza is a legal counsel. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She specializes in to labor law, public procurement law, and medical law and health protection. As a recognized expert in these fields, she has worked with national training centers as a speaker and consultant and has provided legal advice to companies and public sector entities.

Paweł Reczyński – Mr. Reczynski is a graduate of the School of Business and Managment L. Koźmiński. He gained his consulting experience as a Head of Controlling at Business S.A./ BRE Corporate Finance and GDD&A. As a President of the Board at Eurorent – exclusive franchise of  SIXT brand in Poland, he was awarded by international title of Best Franchisee and “ Gazela Biznesu / Gazelle” – business price, couple times. Founder and co-owner of Carsson. Laureate of “Orły Biznesu / Eagles of the Business 2019”. Board member and member of several Supervisory Boards for companies in auto-moto sector. Experienced and  successful manager in both: creating, as well as, in managing teams. Member of  the Board of  Chamber of  Employers for Warsaw & Masovia .
